Box 2124 Greenport, NY 11944 Re: JOHN & LESLEY GRAHAM SCTM#71-2-S Dear Mr. Costello: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on February 24, 2000 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, Costello Marine Contracting Corp. on behalf of JOHN & LESLEY GRAHAM applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated January 10, 2000, and, WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Cou;¡cil for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on February 24, 2000 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in Chapter 97 of the Southold Town Code, . .
