PO Box 2124 Greenport, NY 11944 RE: SCTM#71-1-12 George Pappas 1205 North Parish Drive Southold, NY Deaz Mr. Costello: The Boazd of Town Trustees took the following action during a Regular Meeting, held on May 21, 2003 regazding the above matter WHEREAS, Costello Marine Contracting Corp. on behalf of George Pappas applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated April 14, 2003 WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on May 21, 2003 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heazd, and, WHEREAS, the Boazd members have personally viewed and aze familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding azea, and, WHEREAS, the Boazd has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standazd set forth in Chapter 97-18 of the Southold 2 • Town Code. WHEREAS, the Boazd has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfaze of the people of the town. NOW THEREFORE BE ft, RESOLVED, that the Boazd of Trustees approved the application of GEORGE PAPPAS Wetland Permit to construct 100 foot of bulkhead (w/ C-Loc Vinyl Sheathing) 18" face-to-face in front of existing. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination should not be considered a determination made for any other Department or Agency, which may also have an application pending for the same or similaz project. Fee must be paid, if applicable and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification. Inspections aze required at a fee of $5.00 per inspection. (See attached schedule).
