Dear Ms. Martin:
The Board of Town Trustees took the following action during its regular meeting held on
Wednesday, December 19, 2001 regarding the above matter:
WHEREAS, Fairweather-Brown on behalf of AILEEN PASKOFF applied to the Southold
Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of
Southold, application dated November 27, 2001, and,
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council
for their findings and recommendations, and,
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on
December 19, 2001, at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard,
and,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in
question and the surrounding area, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted
concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the structure complies with thc standards set forth in Chapter 97 of the Southold
Town Code,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health,
safety and general welfare of the people of the town,

CONSERVATION ADVISORY COUNCIL
At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held Thursday,
December 13, 2001, the following recommendation was made:
Moved by Scott Hilary, seconded by Bill McDermott, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees DISAPROVAL of
the Wetland Permit & Coastal Erosion Permit Application of AILEEN PASKOFF to
replace burned-out structure with a new single-family residence with pool.
Located: North Sea Dr., Southold. SCTM#54-4-4
The CAC recommends Disapproval of the application because the structure was not
staked and labeled.
The CAC recommends that the proposed structure be in-line with the existing.

Attached please find an application to replace the existing burnt out structure with a new
single family residence & pool on North Sea Drive just east of Kenney's Beach. This
"hulk" has been in this condition since the fireabout 3 years ago.
I ask that you please reveiw the proposed new residence despite the fact that we as of yet
do not have a Topographical survey yet from Peconic Surveyors although it was
requested a considerable time ago.
This application is also being considered by the DEC presently without the Topo.
