The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of Trustees at their Regular
Meeting held on Wednesday, February 26,2003:
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grants a One-Year Extension to Wetland
Permit #5293 to demolish the existing wood frame house and construct new wood frame house
with septic system, if required, deck, and attached two-car garage, with the condition that a line
of hay bales is placed down before demolition and construction and drywells are gutters are
installed to contain the roof run-off.
This is not an approval from any other agency.

The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held
on Wednesday, February 21,2001 regarding the above matter:
WHEREAS, Proper-T Permit Services on behalf of MICHAEL CARBONE applied to the
Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town
of South old, application dated January 31, 2001 and
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council
for their findings and recommendations, and,
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on
February 21,2001 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard,
and,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in
question and the surrounding area, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted

appeared questionable. Lauren found the file containing the permit originally issued to Albinson

The CAC Tabled the application because the proposed structure wasn't staked. The
CAC questions the dimensions of the existing dock in accordance with the Trustees'
Policies. The CAC also questions whether or not there is a Permit for the jet ski float.
The CAC recommends a non-turf buffer be placed behind the bulkhead.
