RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant the request for a Transfer
of Permit 01023 from Daniel T. Smith to Chris Lamendola.
This is not an approval from any other agency.

I am preparing to purchase a piece of property on Goose Creek. JMK Family
Partnership, the Estate of John and Kat Stimmel, currently owns the property. The
property location is map 70-12-33-002 and 70-12-33-001. I am currently in contract
and would request a transfer for the dock permit # 1023 (see enclosed) to Chris
Lamendola.
