The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of Trustees at their Regular
Meeting held on Wednesday. September 19, 2001.
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant an Amendment to Permit #
762 to include from the bulkhead a 4'x20' catwalk, 3 'xlO' ramp, up to a 6'x20' float. Transfer
Permit #762 from U. Ruggles to Philip 8. Smith.
However, this permit does not constitute any other permits from other agencies.

At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held Tuesday,
September 11, 2001, the following recommendation was made:
PHILIP B. SMITH to Amend Permit #762 for the existing fixed ramp 48"X 21' long .
resting on 4 pilings, down ramp 14'X 50" wide, irregular shaped floating dock 6' wide X
20' long with 'T' extension.
