WHEREAS, Proper-T Permits, Servicess on behalf of MATTHEW BARNEY applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of South old, application dated August 30, 2001 WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on September 19, 2001 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in Chapter 97-18 of the Southold Town Code. . 2 . WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, Safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT. RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approved the application of Proper-T Permit Services on behalf of MATTHEW BARNEY for a Wetland Permit to move existing wood frame house approximately 50' landward install house in new location on concrete block piers with partial crawl space; add deck lO'x30' on seaward side; add deck lO'x12' on landward side. Install new septic system if required by SCDHS approximately 50' landward of existing location any fill, or any regrading done to maintain the character of the bluff be pitched landward -gutters & drywells. be placed for roof run-off. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination should not be considered a determination made for any other Department or Agency, which may also have an application pending for the same or similar project. Permit to construct project will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification.
