Describe the nature and extent of the environmental impacts reasonably anticipated resulting
fÌ'Om implementation of the project as proposed. (Use attachments if necessary)
Environmental impacts which can reasonably be anticipated ITom implementation of the project
as proposed are aU positive. The dwelling is now located only 17 feet ITom the top of the bluff
due to erosion of the face of the bluff over the many years since the dwelling was constructed.
Current zoning regulations require a much greater setback, and the relocation of the dwelling will
tàvor aU of the many reasons for requiring the greater setback. It will reduce the amount of foot
traffic and activity in the area close to the top of the bluff by providing more space between the
bluff and the dwelling.
