A Special Meeting of the SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD OF APPEALS was held at the Conference
Room/First Floor, Southold Town Hall Annex, NFB Building, 54375 Main Road, Southold, on Thursday,
March 10,2005, commencing at 6:00 PM.
Present were:

6:05 PM Chairwoman Oliva called the meeting to order.
The Board proceeded with the following Agenda items:

Deliberations/Decision Carryovers To Next Meetino:
After deliberating, the following applications were carried to the next meeting (March 31, 2005) to allow time
for members to review new mail submitted late (today) with requests or other information, and for continued member
reviews and/or deliberations:
B. Kellc #5670 (applicant's letter with clarification received today 3/10)
R. and E. Coffey #5645 (revised plans received today 3/10)
W. and P. Moore #5636 (approval with conditions possible for next meeting)
F. Martorana #5650 - A quorum could not be obtained to reopen the hearing requested by applicant's
letter delivered today. Members deliberations continued since the last meeting and the members
indicated they were ready to make a decision at this time, but not later than the March 31, 2005
meeting.

RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE ADVERTISING: Motion was offered by Member Goehringer, seconded
by Member Dinizio. and duly carried, to authorize advertisement of the new applications in complete form for the
March 31, 2005 hearing calendar. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0).

V. EXECUTIVE SESSION. The Board held executive session and discussed litigation and a possible appeal of the
court decision in the Matter of Dawson v. ZBA concerning an accessory cottage without kitchen.
There being no other business properly coming before the Board at this time, Chairwoman Oliva
declared the meeting adjourned. The meeting adjourned at 9:00 PM.
