The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of
Trustees at their Regular Meeting held on Wednesday, July 19,
2000:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant the
request for a Waiver to WILLIAM & LINDA MERCURIO to install a
split rail fence approx. 400'+/- along the northern boundary
line.
This approval does not constitute approvals from any other
agency.

CONSERVATION ADVISORY COUNCIL
At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held Tuesday, July 11,
2000, the following recommendation was made:
Moved by Melvyn Morris, seconded by Bill McDermott, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the
Waiver Request ofWLLIAM & LIN'DA MERCURIO 144-4-4 to install a split-rail fence
approx. 400'+/- along the northern boundary line.
