RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant the
request for a Waiver to construct a small addition on top of an

agencies.

At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held Tuesday, January 19,
1999 the following recommendation was made:
Moved by Bret Hedges, seconded by Richard Smith, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the
Waiver Request of STANLEY MALON 137-4-33. I to construct a small addition on the top of
an existing house.
