Place approximately 100 c.y. of sand on beach seaward of bulkhead as beach nourishment. Reconstruct a new 6' x 150' timber dock. The CAC recommends approval with the condition that all exposed areas be revegetated. The Council also suggests the Trustees check into the town installing a bulkhead at the end of the road. RECOMMENDATION OF WAIVER REQUESTS WR-6 Moved by Bruce Loucka. seconded by Stephen Angell. it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees DISAPPROVAL of the Waiver Request of RICHARD BURDEN 122-4-15,16 as requested in the Wetland Application No. 1126. The CAC had recommendations concerning the Waiver Request aspects of the project and made them with the Wetland Application recommendation. 2800 Ole Jule Lane, Mattituck Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried. WR-7 Moved by Bruce Loucka, seconded by Robert Keith, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees DISAPPROVAL of the Waiver Request of CLUB WAVE 56-6-7 to construct a cement slab 7' x 24' with floor drain going into septic system for portable bar. The Council feels a full application is required. Old Main Road, Southold Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried. WR-8 Moved by Robert Keith, seconded by Stephen Angell, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees DISAPPROVAL of the Waiver Request of JESSIE and CONRAD VEROSTEK Page 8 The CAC recommends disapproval because the applicant has not presented a project plan, Applicant should decide and then apply for a permit. 415 Mill Creek Drive. Southold Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried, RECOMMENDATION OF LETTERS OF NON-JURISDICTION NJ4 Moved by Bruce Loucka, seconded by Robert Keith, it was RESOLVED to TABLE the request for a Letter of Non-Jurisdiction for LAURENCE NIEBLING 119-1-18 to remove dwelling and construct new dwelling, garage, deck and driveway. Construction to be landward of the topographic crest of a bluff in excess of 10 foot contour elevation and the construction will be a distance greater than 75 feet from the water. The CAC tabled the request because it needs additional information. It is unable to determine if the wall is within the Trustees' jurisdiction. Nassau Point Road, Cutchogue Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried. NJ5 Moved by Bruce Loucka. seconded by Robert Keith. it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the request for a Letter of Non-Jurisdiction for CHARLES AND PENNY BURNHAM 70-6-19 to reconstruct house, all work no closer than 90' +/- from the MHW mark of Jockey Creek. Pine Neck Road, Southold Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried. NJ6 Moved by Robert Keith. seconded by Bruce Loucka. it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the request for a Letter of Non-Jurisdiction for CLAUDE SHER 87-1-21 to construct a tennis court 1480 Old Wood Path, Southold Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried. NJ7 Moved by Robert Keith. seconded by Jack Hagerty. it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the request for a Letter of Non-Jurisdiction for LEWIS EDSON 17-1-2.1 to construct a single family dwelling, Route ;25.
