Dear Trustees,
I filed with the building department for a fence to go around a portion of my property. I was told to write a
letter to you. I now ask you for:
1. A waiver to install a split rail fence of standard dimensions around a portion of my property as shown on
the survey.
2. A waiver to relocate my outdoor shower as shown on the survey.
3. A waiver to extend my existing porch as shown on the survey.

Waiver to install a split rail fence around property, relocated
outdoor shower and extend existing porch as per survey submitted
January 14, 1998. Located 570 Richmond Road, East, Southold.
This does not constitute approval from any other agencies.

Conservation Advisory Council held Monday, January 26, 1998:

Moved by Scott Hilary, seconded by Kenneth Meskill, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL
of the Waiver Request of DAVID KFLLERAN 135-3-6 to install a split rail
fence; relocate outdoor shower; and extend existing porch.

from one side of my shed to the other· I have made this change in the survey that I have re submitted for

Dear Gentlemen,
I, respectfully, request an inspection ora property I am interested in pumhasing.
The reason for the inspection is to determine what is allowable concerning the remodeling of the
house on the following site:
4 Richmond Road East
Southold, N.Y.
This property is on a private road across Route 48 from Soundview Avenue.
The house is the last one on the right of the roadway and is on Hashamamuck Pond. The house
has brownish shingles and trim.

my porch. I have installed the fence and built the shower. We have done no work on the porch yet. After
much deliberation with my wife, we wish to make it larger. We request:
