The reason for the inspection is to determine what is allowable concerning the remodeling of the house on the following site: 4 Richmond Road East Southold, N.Y. This property is on a private road across Route 48 from Soundview Avenue. The house is the last one on the right of the roadway and is on Hashamamuck Pond. The house has brownish shingles and trim.
