The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during a Regular Meeting, held on May 24, 2001, regarding thl:' above matter WHEREAS, SEL PERMITS on behalf of JAMES RICH, JR. applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated May 4, 2001 w.[Ì WHEREAS, said application was reÜ:rred to the Southold Town Conservatio:J. Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on May 24, 2001 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in Chapter 97-18 of the Southold Town Code. . . WHEREAS, the Board has detennined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT. RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approved the application of JAMES RICH, JR. Wetland Pennit to maintenance dredge 80 cy from east side of existing dock to a depth of -3.0' at AL W. Dredge material remove off site. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this detennination should not be considered a determination made for any other Department or Agency which may also have an application pending for the same or similar project. Pennit to construct project will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and pennit issued within six months of the date of this notification.
