Environmental Consulting on behalf ofYVETTE LANG EINCZIG applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a pennit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated March 15, 2001, and, WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a Publi~ Hearing was held by the Town Trustees xvith respect to said application on June 21, 2001, at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viexved and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standards set forth in Chapter 97 of the Southold Town Code, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, 2 NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approve the application ofYVETTE LANG'EINCZIG to remove a 5 ½' X 28' fixed dock and to construct a 4'X 81' fixed dock with a 5'X 10' "L" located to the northwest, with the stipulation that no float shall be suspended from the dock as long as the "L" remains. I retumed to the site this rooming at low tide with Mr. Angelo Stepnoski of Greenport Docks. The first item noted was the ALW Line was actually + 10' fitrther seaward from there I had originally located it. We then took depth measurements in 5' and 10' intervals starting at the seaward end of the existing dock. The depths were measured by wading. For your review, I have enclosed our revised plans on which I have depicted the relocated ALW Line as well as the depths we measured earlier today. While taking these depths, we could not locate the shoal discussed at the last Board of Trustees meeting and it is my thought that it may be located northerly of the dock's location.
