This is our resubmission of the plot plan as requested. It reflects the approved site as
determined on the February 14th site visit. Accompanying this please find the sur~'ey for
the property, locating the markers as they were seen on the 14th. The new site plan places
the proposed residence starting 2' landward of those markers as requested in your
approval at the February 21,200 l hearing.
Thank you all for your time and thoughtful consideration of this project.

Dear Members of the Board of Trustees:
I am w, ithtg again on behalf of my mother, Mary Irene Bums, owner of property at 3125
Wells Avenue, Southold, adjacent to the Hutfe property, and our f~mily, with regard to the
proposed phms for the Huffe property. We still feel that a larger house moving forward towards
the water and closer to us on our side of the property line-- where the houses are extremely close
already-- willhave a negative impact on us and our property. We, therefore, object to the
proposed plans for these reasons and the other reasons expressed iu our previous letter.
In addition, we would greatly appreciate it if the board would review the proposed phns
in light of existing covenants affecting the Hufl~ property end the fact that the lower portion of
the property was filled in by the previous owner, Carl Vail, in order to ext~md the prop¢lty line
beyoud its true boundaries. We f~el that these are important issues that need to be addressed by
the board and detea,,~l,,ed before approvsl can be ~iven.
Sincerely,
William p. Burns

RE: ELLEN HUFE
SCTM #70-4-9
Dear Ms. Marten,
The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated
and received in our office on February 14, 2000, and determined
that the construction of an addition on the southwest side of
and an addition to the southeast side an existing house to be
out of the Wetland jurisdiction, under Chapter 97 of the Town
Wetland Code.
However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line would
require permits from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to
call.
Sincerely,
Albert J. Krupski, Jr.
