Since that time an application was made to SCHD and a variance was granted for the sanitary system. As a result of this variance, we were required to relocate the proposed house to allow for addition space for the sanitary system. The proposed Site Plan indicates the new location for the house. As you will note, the house is approximately in the same location and has not moved closer to Jockey Creek. The revised Site Plan is for your records. A staked line of haybales and silt fence must be placed at the 75' line during construction. This is not an approval from any other agency. Box 1179 Southold, New York 11971 $OUTHOLD TOWN CONSERVATION ADVISORY COUNCIL The following recommendation was passed at the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council meeting which was held Friday, February lU~, 1997: WR-$8 Moved by Scott Hilary, seconded by Kenneth Meskill, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees DISAPPROVAL of the Waiver Request of MARGUERITE FARREL UDE 70-5-36 to construct a single family dwelling.
