The following action was taken at the Southnld Town Board
Trustees Regular Meeting on September 24, 1997:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees approved the
request to relocate a proposed house to allow for additional
space for the sanitary system as per variance made to Suffolk
County Health Dept. as per survey dated and received September
2, 1997.

Dear Trustees,
A waiver was issued for the above referenced project on Feb. 21, 1997. Since that time
an application was made to SCHD and a variance was granted for the sanitary system.
As a result of this variance, we were required to relocate the proposed house to allow
for addition space for the sanitary system.
The proposed Site Plan indicates the new location for the house. As you will note, the
house is approximately in the same location and has not moved closer to Jockey
Creek.
The revised Site Plan is for your records. If any additional action is required please
contact this office.

The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of
Trustees on Wednesday, February 19, 1997:
RESOLVED that the $outhold Town Board of Trustees grants a
waiver to to demolish existing house and construct new home and
garage greater then 75' from M~VW as per survey dated January 24,
1997. A staked line of haybales and silt fence must be placed at
the 75' line during construction.
This is not an approval from any other agency.

The following recommendation was passed at the Southold Town Conservation
Advisory Council meeting which was held Friday, February lU~, 1997:

Moved by Scott Hilary, seconded by Kenneth Meskill, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees
DISAPPROVAL of the Waiver Request of MARGUERITE FARREL UDE
70-5-36 to construct a single family dwelling.
The CAC feels the project should be required to go through the permit
application process due to the proximity of the project to the wetlands.
