Transfer of Wetland Permit#4972 from Daniel V. Jennings to Richard & Caroline Yates,
as issued on Mar,ch 24, 1999, and Amended on December 2, 1999, and Amended
again on February 17, 2016.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

Amendment to Wetland Permit#4972 for the access stairs leading from the 4'x6' upper
platform to be 4'x20' in lieu of 4'x15; and as depicted on project plan prepared by Jerry
Cibulski, received January 14, 2016, and stamped approved on February 17, 2016.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not an approval from any other agency.

At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held Monday, October 18,
1999, the following recommendation was made:
Moved by Scott Hilary, seconded by Bret Hedges, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the
Amendment Request of DANIEL V. JENNINGS 70-5-54.1 to reconstruct access stairs (4'X 6'
upper platform and 4'X 15' stairs) install3'X 16' ramp and replace 6'X 10' float with a 6'X 20'
float secured with two 2-pile dolphins.

dock at 3340 Oaklawn Avenue, Southold,NY was in e�stence prior to 1971.
My grandmather Caroline Korn, the original owner of the property, died in
1958, and I am certain the dock existed then. My father, Frederick Clasing,
made repairs to that dock and built the original float for the dock. He passed
away in 1963.

We purchased this house in May 1998. Nearness of Jockey Creek bridge to our
bulkhead, which abuts Oaklawn Ave., is creating a trespass problem, i.e., --
people park on Oaklawn, and meander around the bulkhead area, (fish, crab, etc.).
I am very worried about the liability aspects of this situation, as well as the intrusion
on our privacy.
I respectfully request permission to install a woocJ�ail fence --4'0" high -- running
from the bridge guard-rail approximately 100' south to the utility pole. We would
also plant shrubs inside the fence-line.
