Box 1179 Southold, NY 11971 April 16, 2004 Re: Claire and Thomas Drennan~ 1265 Calves Neck Road, Southold Dear Mr. Krupski: Attached is a Wetlands Permit Application by Claim and Thomas Drerman, who wish to construct a second-story dormer addition over a house presently located a minimum of 75 feet fi.om the tidal wetlands boundary. The donner addition will be located approximately 99 feet from the wetlands boundary. The dwelling is already served by a drainage system of drywells, which are depicted on the attached site plan. Pursuant to the newly drafted §97-20(B)(4) of the Southold Town Code, would you kindly review and issue the requested approval as an Administrative Wetland Permit.
