Dear Ms. Lachenmeyer: The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated June 6, 2001 and received in our office on August 28, 2001 and determined that the re-construction and expansion of the existing one family dwelling and deck and associated improvements, as per plans submitted to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction, under Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland Code. However, any activity within 100' of the Wetland line would require permits from this office. This determination is not a deteimination from any other agency.
