1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because :
This lot has eeen in the family for some time, and has been taken over
by the present owner from the heirs and wishes to sell the rear half
of the parcel with the'existing dwelling.
2. The hardship creoted is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because: There are not many lots of this dept
and having a second dwelling in this area.
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because: The buildings have been in existance for some
time, and there is little possibility of anyone else building in this
area, especialy on thi.s tYDe of lot.
A right of way to the rear lot will be given on the southline of
the remaining front lot, aprox. 12ft wide.

Enclosed please fina a set of appeal forms for the Kreh
matter 11hich we discussed over the phone this morning.
I think it best if a drawing were submitted with this appeal
showinc the location of the houses and the rie;ht of way proposed
for acess to the rear property.
On a quick estimate there should be area enough with each lot
but the frontage is less than 100 ft on both, and the right of way
should be approved at the same time. I have filled in the section
of the ordinance that would apply.
