Arshamonaque Pond Preserve Parking Area
DATE:
April 19, 2002
Please note that the project description for the above project (attached)
included a vegetated berm to be constructed along the northerly edge of the
parking lot to prevent stormwater from running into the adjoining wetlands.
The parking lot is a stone blend and hay bales will be place around the
perimeter of the construction zone during the demolition and removal of the
building. If the conditions warrant, we will place shallow drainage rings in
the parking area.
Please note your request for a 50' buffer from the edge of the wetlands
would eliminate 3 of the 5 proposed parking spaces.
