Dear Mr. Arm:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of
Trustees August 28, 1996:
P~SOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees DENY a waiver
to enclose existing porches and add a 4' X 21' addition as per
survey dated 7-10-96, the Board requests a full application.
This approval does not constitute any other approvals from any
other agencies.

CONSERVATION ADVISORY COUNCIL
The following resolution was adopted at the meeting of the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council held AUCUST 26, 1996:
WR-/45
Moved by Allan Connell, seconded by John Hagerty, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees
DISAPPROVAL of the Waiver Request of VINCENT and LINDA BASILICE
53-6-8 to construct an 8u, square foot addition and enclose existing porch.
3255 Bay Shore Road, Greenport
The Council recommends disapproval because it feels a full permit must be
required. The plans submitted with the application show an 18~ x 51' patio
which is not currently in place and is not mentioned in the letter but could
cause possible problems if not addressed,
Vote of Council: Ayes: All
Motion carried.

To whom it may concern:
This letter is to request a waiver from the town trustees for permission to
construct an addition totaling approximately eighty four (84) square feet. The addition
would extend four (4) feet closer to the existing bulkhead, making the new addition
approximately forty nine (49) feet from the bulkhead. Enclosed is a check for $40.00 for
the application fee, along with a site plan of the existing house and the proposed addition.
