Dear Mr. Pfennig,
The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated
and received in our office on March 16, 200, and an on-site
inspection made, and determined that the construction of a
single family dwelling with septic and well, to be out of the
Wetland jurisdiction, under Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland Code.
However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line would
require permits from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
