Feiler, Architect 11725 Main Road Mattituck NY 11952 RE: JAMES BORLAND SCTM #126-11-12 Dear Mr. Feller, The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated and received in our office on February 8, 2000, and determined that the construction of a second floor balcony and a new deck to an existing house to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction, under Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland Code. However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line would require permits from this office. This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
