RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant a
Waiver to construct a 40' X 12' deck onto an existing house.
Located: 7180 Peconic Bay Blvd., Laurel.
However, this determination is not a determination from any
other agency.

the front of the house.
