5. That there will be no unreasonable interference with navigarion as a result of the work
berein authorized.
6. That there sban be no interference with tbe right of the public to pass and repass along
the beach between high and low water marks.
7. That if future operaåons of the Town of Southold require the removal and/or oIteraåons
in the Iocaåon of the work berein authorized, or if, in the opinion of the Board of Trustees, the
work sball cause unreasonable obstrucnon to free navigation, the said Permiaee will be requhed,
upon due noåce, to remove or alter this work or project berein stated without eq>eases to the Town
of Southold.
8. That the said Board will be noåfied by tbe Permittee Ot the comp1edon of the work outh-
orized.
9. That the Permittee will obtain all other permits and consealS that may be required mp-
plemental to this permit which may be subject to revoke upon failure to obtain same.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Conrad:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during its regular meeting held on April 19, 2000 regarding the
above matter:
WHEREAS, PETER & DEBORAH CONRAD applied to the Southold Town
Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland
Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated March 28,
2000 and,
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and
recommendations, and,
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with
respect to said application on April 19, 2000 at which time all
interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are
familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area,
and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and
documentation submitted concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in
Chapter 97 of the Southold Town Code,

WHEREAS, the Board has determined that
will not affect the health, safety and
people of the town,
the project as proposed
general welfare of the
NOW THEREFORE BE IT,
RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approve the application of
PETER & DEBORAH CONRAD to construct a wood frame, single-family
dwelling, public water, septic system and a gravel driveway as
per Approved survey dated September 21, 1999 and last revised
February I, 2000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination should not be
considered a determination made for any other Department or
Agency which may also have an application pending for the same
or similar project.
Permit to construct and complete project will expire two years
from the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable,
and permit issued within six months of the date of this
notification.
Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified
upon completion of said project.

Dear Town Trustees
We are in the process of obtaining the permits required to build a /lÏll8le.iàØIi1y n:sideILa,bt
595 Albo Drive, Laurel, Tax Map #1000-126-2-11. We have recieved our permit ITom
the NY State Department of Environmental Conservation, a copy of which I have
enclosed, and have applied for our sewage disposal system permit with the Suffolk County
Department of Health and are awaiting their response.
Weare purchasing this property subject to obtaining permits and are contractually
obligated to close by May 21, 2000. We would therefore, like - :.. .aving the
Health Department approvals before applying for the Town Trustees Wetland Permit.
Our property will be serviced by public water and the sewage disposal system falls outside
the 75 foot zone ITom the landward edge of the wetlands.
