Dear Ms. Mesiano:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during a Regular Meeting, held
on May 24, 200 I, regarding the above matter.
WHEREAS, CATHERINE MESIANO, INC. on behalf of ROBERT BOGER applied to the
Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town
of South old, application dated May 4 2001,
WHEREAS, said application was referred to lhe Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council
for their findings and recommendations, and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on
May 24, 200 I at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity 10 be heard, and,
WHEREAS, lhe Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in
question and the surrounding area, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted
concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in Chapter 97-18 of the Southold
Town Code.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT.
RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approved the application of CATHERINE MESIANO,
INC. on behalf of ROBERT BOGER for a Wetland Pennit to dredge approx. 25 cyofshoaled
material from seaward side of existing float to achieve - 2.5 ALWand 1.3 slope insta113'x35'
gabion wall at westerly end of bank. Dredge spoil to be placed landward of gabion. Proposed
dredge spoil are be non-turf whether it be plantings or gravel and that the area between the
gabion and the dredging be planted with spartina alterniflora 18" on center to stabilize the
existing bank.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination should not be considered a determination
made for any other Department or Agency which may also have an application pending for the
same or similar project.
Permit to construct project will expire two years fÌ'om the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, if
applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification.

CONSERVATION ADVISORY COUNCIL
At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held Monday, May
14,2001, the following recommendation was made:
ROBERT BOGER 56-5-27 to dredge approx. 25 cy. of shoaled material from seaward
side of existing float to achieve -2.5 ALW, and 1:3 slope. (Presently float is resting on
bottom.) Install 3'X 35' gabion wall @ westerly end of bank. Dredge spoil to be placed
landward of gabion.

The CAC did not make an inspection but recommend that the permit is consistent with
Trustee Policy and there is an approved dredge spoil site.

Dear Mr. Haje:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during
their regular meeting held on December 12, 1991 regarding your
request to amend the above permit.
RESOLVED that the Town Trustees Approve the request of En-Consultants
on behalf of Robert Boger to amend permit number 3786 to state the
following:
2'.6" X 10 fixed walk attached to bulkhead return, 2' X 8' ramp,
(2) 5' X 16' floats.
All other terms and conditions in the original permit granted shall
