WHEREAS, En-Consultants, Inc. on behalf of Donald Vazquez applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated August 29th, 2002 WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on September 25, 2002 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, . 2 . WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town. NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approved the application of Donald Vazquez for a Wetland Permit to construct on a piling foundation a Iwo story, one family dwelling with attached garage, porch and deck with drywells and gutters clean an area up to 50' from the freshwater wetland boundary, and establish a 50 foot wide non-disturbance fertilization buffer to remain natural and undisturbed adjacent to the wetland boundary erect a shed connect to public water service, placement of250 cubic yards offill, installation ofa septic system pervious driveway and drywells. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination should not be considered a determination made for any other Department or Agency, which may also have an application pending for the same or similar project. Fee must be paid, if applicable and permit issued within six months of the date ofthis notification. If inspections are required, at a fee of$5.00 per inspection (See attached schedule).
