HOLLEY to Amend Permit #4238 to remove the existing driveway and modify the design of the previously approved-for gravel driveway attendant to the detached garage. Subsequent to the completion of said construction, the design of the gravel driveway was modified. Accordingly, approval to modify the in-force permit is now required in order to reflect this change.
