The glazing in the windows to be used have a U value of 0.48. • The ceiling height in the second floor bathroom which is to be renovated is 7 feet. The ceiling in the existing second floor bedroom is vaulted and is in excess of 7'/z feet. • The existing stair to the second floor is to be widened to 3 feet. • The front porch is existing and will be demolished and reconstructed. The width of the porch across the front of the building is to be shortened from what is currently installed to clear a tree that is currently touching the front of the existing porch. • The interior renovation work is non structural and primarily involves updating of existing bathroom spaces, replacement of wall ceiling and floor finishes.
