MCELROY 35-4-28.26 for an eXIsting bulkhead and dock built in ] 969. 385 Gull Pond Lane. Greenport The CAC did not make an inspection, therefore no recommendation was made. . . AFFIDAVIT OF APPLICANT Sharon L. McElroy, f/k/a Sharon Lynn James, being duly sworn, deposes and says: 1) That she resides at 1170 Henry's Lane, peconic, NY 11958. 2) That she is the owner of certain real property located at 385 Gull Pond Lane, Greenport,NY 11944 (S.C.T.M.#1000-035.00-04.00- 028.026). 3) That she resided at said property from Aug.1969 until May 1999 and is fully familiar with all improvements made to the pro- perty. 4) That the dock on the premises which extends toward Fordham Canal was constructed in 1969 and has remained unchanged from that time. 5) That she is in possession of receipts dated 1969 for the materials used in the construction of the dock, copies of these re- ceipts are attached to support this affidavit. 6) That attached to and made a part of this affidavit is a contemporaneous survy showing the location of the dock as constructed in 1969. 7) That she makes this affidavit knowing that it will be relied upon by the Southold Town Board of Trustees in support of an application for "pre-existing" dock permit. I also noticed the four spiles you have set for me to yoke my float to when I get around later to building it. Those spiles seem to me to be too close to the bulkhead in that the yokes would not have eno~gh room to pass up and down with the tide without hanging up. Perhaps you have some ideas as to how the yokes should be made to obviate this difficulty. I' :; I would like to get tw~ pieces of the creosoted 4x6's you use for the wales of the bulkhead, it you would have two to sell me.
