The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated August 30, 2000 and
determined the construction ofa 10'X 22' garage addition to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction
under Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland Code.
However, any activity within 100' of the Wetland line would require a permit fi.om this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to call.
