A description of the scope of the project is as follows: 1. Renovation of two existing bathrooms and kitchen 2. Replacement of existing roof: material, structural framing, and insulation to comply with applicable codes. 3. Renovation of upstairs bedroom. 4. Replacement of North wall with new structural framing and glazing. 5. Replacement of jack columns in the basement with structural pipe columns. Included is a survey of the property and check for $40.00 (forty dollars) to process our application. It is our understanding that an inspection will take place a week prior to the August 25~' review. We would be available to meet and walk through the property at that time if such is required.
