Dear Mr. Ivans,
The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated
and received in our office on August 18, 1999 and determined
that the construction of a proposed addition and deck, to be out
of the Trustee Wetland jurisdiction, under Chapter 97, of the
Town code.
However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line would
require permits from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to
call.

Dear Mr. Krupski,
This Firm represents Claeys Bahrenburg who is considering future improvements to her
property at the location referred above. Enclosed herewith for your review please find the
following materials:
(1)
Two stamped surveys of subject parcel prepared by John C. Ehlers, Land
Surveyor, last revised June 23, 1999 showing ail existing and proposed
structures;
(2) Photos showing the functional sea wall and rip-rap wall and locations of all
existing and proposed structures;
(3) Location map (four copies); and
(4) Authorization;
As evidenced on the survey, all proposed improvements are to take place no closer
than 89 feet from the Tidal Wetlands (Mean High Water or Sea Wall). By way of this
correspondence and pursuant to Chapter 97-13 (A) (3), I hereby request a Letter of Non-
Jurisdiction for the proposed improvements to the aforementioned property.
Kindly forward the requested Letter of Non-Jurisdiction directly to Claeys
Bahrenburg copying this office. Please feel free to contact this office should you have any
questions or require additional information concerning this matter.
