As the proposed swimming pool will be located approximately 208 feet t~om the apparem high water line associated with Long Island Sound and more than 120 feet landward of the Coastal Erosion Hazard Area Boundary, the project is beyond the jurisdiction of the Southold Trustees pursuant to Chapters 97 and 37 of the Southold Town Code, respectively.
