Cataldo 32645 Main Road Cutchogue, NY 11935 RE: 1640 Grandview Drive Orient, NY SCTM#14-2-3.14 Dear Mr. Cataldo: The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated lanuary 30, 2002 and determined that the construction of a single family dwelli~g, :bre~ car garage and driveway to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the T:)wa Wetland Code and Chapter 37 of the Town Code, Coastal Erosion. However any activity within 100' of the Wetland line and/or seaward of thc Coastal Erosion H~ard Line, would require action from this office.
