revised January 15, 2001 and determined the construction of a single-family dwelling to be out
of the Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland Code.
However, any activi~ within i00' of the Wetland line would require permits from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.

provide an up-dated letter.
A copy of the current survey is enclosed, and as you can see, all proposed
improvements are >100' from the high tide line. Also, please be advised that the
Suffolk County Department of Health Services has granted a variance for the
proposed location of the septic system.
