Dear Ms. Mesiano,
The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated
and received in our office on April 5, 1999 and determined that
the construction of a 17.3' X 25.5' deck onto an existing house,
to be out of the Trustee Wetland jurisdiction, under Chapter 97,
of the Town Code.
However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line would
require permits from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
