The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated
October 15, 1998 and last revised August 29, 2000 and determined
that the proposed addition to the exisiting single-family
dwelling and the relocation of the existing screened porch to be
out of the Wetland jurisdiction, under Chapter 97 of the Town
Wetland Code.
However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line would
require a permit from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
