Box 559 55000 Main Street Southold, NY 11971 Re: Harold Avent SCTM ~1000-115-10-2 Dear Mr. Goggins: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on June 30, 1994 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, HAROLD AVENT applied to the Southo1d Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southo1d, application dated April 8, 1994 and, WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southo1d Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on June 30, 1994 at ~hich time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees approves the application of HAROLD AVENT to construct a single family dwelling with drywells as per map dated March 28, 1994. A staked row of haybales will be put . . in place 20' from proposed house. There shall be no disturbance beyond this 20' line. Permit will expire two years from the date it is signed.
