However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line would require permits from this office. This determination is not a determination from any other agency. Additionally, we would like to demolish the existing garage which is located 46 feet from the edge of wetlands; we are therefore requesting a waiver from the Board of Trustees for that portion of the work.
