The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the site plan dated 4,30/01 and determined the
addition to an existing residence to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the
Town Wetland Code.
However, an3' activity within 100' of the Wetland line xvould require permits from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
