Dear Mr. Feller:
The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the plot plan
received October 30, 2000 and determined the construction of a
second-floor addition to the existing residence to be out of the
Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland Code.
However, any activity within 100' of the Wetland line would
require a permit from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to
call.

Enclosed is a copy of the Plot Plan for the above mentioned project, which is
under consideration for a waiver from your department.
The project has been revised to include a 4' x 20' two story addition on the
landward (west) side of the existing house, along with the original second floor
proposal.

Dear Mr. Krupski:
We are requesting a waiver for the above mentioned project, located landward of
the bluff on Little Peconic Bay. The proposed work to the existing one story
single family dwelling will include a new second floor addition. The new second
floor will be directly above the existing first floor, and the existing setback
distance to the bluff will remain the same.
Please review and notify this office of your findings.
