Box 2003 Bridgehampton, NY 11932 RE: BARBARA DEFINA 192 Willow Terrace Lane, Orient SCTM#26-2-7.1 Dear Mr. Ivans: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on Wednesday, February 21,2001 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, Suffolk Environmental Consulting, Inc. on behalf of BARBARA DEFINA applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated January 18, 2001, and WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on February 21,2001 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standards set forth in Chapter 97 of the Southold 2 . . Town Code, WHEREAS, the Board has detennined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people ofthe town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approve the application of BARBARA DEFINA to construct an addition to a one-story single-family residence, including a 24'X 26' second story addition and the enclosure ofa 12'X 12' breezeway. Two 8' diameter drywells are to be installed in order to catch roof run-off. Remove the existing chimney and build a set of6'X 10' steps towards the east elevation of the existing house. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this detennination should not be considered a detennination made for any other Department or Agency which may also have an application pending for the same or similar project. Pennit to construct and complete project will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and pennit issued within six months of the date of this notification.
