The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated September 21, 1999 and last
revised November 24, 1999 and determined the construction of a single-family dwelling and
garage to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland Code.
However, any activity within 100' of the Wetland line would require a permit from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
