Dear Mr. Oldenburger:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of Trustees at their Regular
Meeting held on Wednesday, January 24, 2001:
RESOLVED, that the Southold To~vn Board of Trustees APPROVE the request for a Waiver for
WILLIAM OLDENBURGER to erect a vinyl utility shed on the north side of the property in the
rear of the yard 40' from the water. Existing shed will be removed.
This is not an Approval from any other agency.
