Dear Mr. Bowman:
The Southold Town Board of Trustees revie~ved the site plan dated November 28,200! and
determined the proposed expansion of the existing main dwelling, proposed garage, driveway
and sanitary system, to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland
Code.
However, any activity within 100' of the Wetland )ine would require permits from this office.
This determination is not a determination fi'om any other agency.

Dear Mr. Krupski:
Attached please find (7) copies of site plan and location map prepared for this 8.66 acre parcel, located
on Marion Lake. The owners of this pamel are proposing to expand of the parcel are proposing to
expand the existing main dwelling and construct a new garage, driveway and sanitary system. In as
much as all these activities will occur more than 100' landward of the freshwater wetland boundary.
Kindly, issue a "waiver" for these activities. Please note that the site is cleared and planted with turf to
the indicated %~ire fence". No fill or grading is proposed.
