Subdivision Plan for SCTM#35-1-4 Dear Mr. Hurtado: The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the subdivision plan and determined the proposed subdivision to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the To~vn Wetland Code. However, any activity within 100' ora Wetland line would require permits from this office. This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
