As per your request we have inspected your property on Wednsday, May 14th, 2003 and
request the following:
Removal of Cinder Blocks on right side of property line.
Approval of four (4) foot path should be north of old path.
Hand trim phragmites down to 12 inches every year as need.

Dear Ms. Schantz:
In regard to the above-referenced property, we have received your request for permission
to hand trim phragmites down to 12" every year, as needed, and for a 4' wide path.
Please provide our office with a copy of a survey highlighting the location where you
propose to trim the phragmites and the location of the proposed path, and the inspection fee of
$40.00, and we will schedule you for a field inspection. Our next field inspection is scheduled
for Tuesday, February 11, 3002.
