Dear Mr. Krupski:
Enclosed please fmd a site plan prepared by Joseph A. Ingegno, L.S., dated 15 August 2000 and
last revised 5 June 2001, which depicts the proposed construction of a one-family dwelling;
associated improvements; and limit of clearing, grading, and ground disturbance, all of which
will be located landward of the Coastal Erosion Hazard Line and more than I00' landward of the
line of mean high water along Long Island Sound. As the proposed activities will thus occur
beyond the jurisdiction of the Board of Trustees pursuant to Southold Town Code Chapter 37
and Chapter 97, respectively, would you kindly issue a letter of non-jurisdiction for the project.
For your reference, I have also enclosed photographs of the subject bluff and a letter signed by
Walter S. Bruam authorizing Eh-Consultants. Inc. to act as agent in this matter. Should you have
any questions regarding this request, please do not hesitate to contact me at your earliest
convenience.
